How to Use the Gang Sheet Builder

Step 1: Choose Your Sheet Size

1. Go to the Build Gang Sheet product page.

2. Select the length you want (2 ft, 3 ft, 5 ft, 10 ft, 20 ft, 30 ft, etc.).

3. Click the Continue button (or "Build Gang Sheet" / "Start Building" button).

This opens the Drip Gang Sheet Builder.

Step 2: Upload Your Designs

1. Inside the builder, click Upload Images (or the upload icon).

2. Select your files from your computer (or use Google Drive / Dropbox / Canva if connected).

3. Recommended file types: PNG with transparent background, high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS.

4. Use 300 DPI artwork at the final print size for best results.

Step 3: Arrange Your Designs

You have two main options:

Option A – Auto Build (Recommended for most people)

• Upload your images

• Set the size and quantity for each design

• Click Auto Build / Auto Arrange

• The system will automatically nest everything efficiently on the sheet

Option B – Manual Layout

• Drag and drop designs onto the artboard

• Resize by dragging the corners

• Rotate, duplicate, or delete designs as needed

• Use the zoom tools to check quality

Helpful Tools Available

• Remove background

• Upscale image quality

• Duplicate designs with one click

• Auto Fill (quickly fill the sheet with the same design)

• Zoom in to check resolution/quality

Step 4: Review & Finalize

1. Make sure all designs fit properly and look sharp.

2. Check for any low-resolution warnings.

3. When you're happy with the layout, click Add to Cart or Checkout.

The builder will generate a print-ready file that we use for production.

Tips for Best Results

• Use PNG files with transparent backgrounds whenever possible.

• Avoid low-resolution images or screenshots.

• Keep important text and logos away from the very edge of the design.

• Longer sheets (20 ft+) usually give you better pricing per foot.

• You can build multiple sheets in one order if needed.
