Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our site or services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to place an order. Businesses ordering on behalf of entities represent that they have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud.
- Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees. You are responsible for all taxes.
- Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. Full payment is required upfront for all orders.
- For custom services (e.g., websites, pitch decks, obituaries), a 50% deposit may be required, with the balance due upon completion and approval.
Custom Work and Approvals
- For custom products like DTF prints, apparel, mylar bags, pop-up tents, websites, and pitch decks, you must provide accurate specifications, artwork, and proofs. We are not responsible for errors in user-submitted files.
- We offer up to two rounds of revisions for custom digital services (websites, pitch decks, obituaries). Additional revisions may incur fees.
- Final approval of proofs is your responsibility. Once approved, no changes can be made, and production begins.
Intellectual Property
- You represent that any artwork or content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to use submitted materials solely for fulfilling your order.
- All designs created by us for you remain your property, but we retain rights to use anonymized examples in our portfolio.
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service ordered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Products are produced based on your specifications; we do not guarantee results for user-error or unforeseen issues (e.g., color variations due to materials).
