Printer Boyz provides custom printing services including DTF transfers, gang sheets, apparel, banners, stickers, and related products. Most items are made to order.
2. Orders & Payment
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
• Payment is required at the time of order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Custom Products & Artwork
• You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or designs you submit do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• By uploading artwork, you grant us permission to use it solely for producing your order.
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork (spelling, low resolution, incorrect colors, etc.).
4. Production & Shipping
• Production times vary by product and current workload.
• Shipping times are estimates only.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier or picked up.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. Most custom products are final sale.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, text, images, designs) is owned by Printer Boyz or used with permission. You may not copy or use our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printer Boyz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sacramento County, California.
