No. We accept orders of any size — even single pieces.

Where are you located?

We are based in Sacramento at 1791 Tribute Rd Suite A, Sacramento, CA 95815. Local pickup is available.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship across the continental United States. Local customers can also choose free/in-store pickup.

How do I place a custom order?

You can order online through our website (especially for gang sheets) or contact us with your artwork and requirements for a quote.

DTF & Gang Sheets

What is a DTF gang sheet?

A gang sheet is a large sheet of DTF transfers that contains multiple designs. You cut them apart and press them onto garments as needed.

Can I upload my own designs for gang sheets?

Yes. Use our gang sheet builder or send us your files and we'll lay them out for you.

What size gang sheets do you offer?

We offer multiple lengths (commonly 2 ft up to 30+ ft). Pricing gets better the longer the sheet.

Artwork & Production

What file types do you accept?

PNG (transparent), PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PSD files. See our full Artwork Requirements for details.

Will you check my artwork before printing?

We do a basic check, but you are responsible for spelling, resolution, and design accuracy. We recommend reviewing proofs carefully when provided.

How long does production take?

Most DTF gang sheets are ready in 1–2 business days. See our Production Timelines page for full details by product.

Shipping & Pickup

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Local pickup is available at our Sacramento location once your order is ready.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, in many cases. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and any rush fees.

Returns & Issues

Can I return custom products?

Custom-made items are generally final sale. We will replace or refund orders if there is a production error or shipping damage. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

What if my print has a defect?

Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.

DTF FAQs :

What is DTF printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method where your design is printed onto a special film, then transferred onto the garment with heat and pressure. It works on almost any fabric (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.) and produces soft, full-color, durable prints.

How do I press DTF transfers?

1. Preheat your heat press to 300–320°F (depending on the film type).
2. Place the transfer face down on the garment.
3. Press with firm pressure for 10–15 seconds.
4. Peel according to the film type (hot, warm, or cool peel).
5. Optional: Cover with parchment and repress for 5–10 seconds for better durability.

What’s the difference between Hot Peel, Warm Peel, and Cool Peel?

Hot Peel – Peel immediately after pressing (fastest).
Warm Peel – Wait a few seconds before peeling.
Cool Peel – Let the transfer cool completely before peeling (most forgiving).

How should I wash DTF printed shirts?

Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
Wash inside out in cold water.
Use mild detergent.
Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not iron directly on the print.

What file do I need to submit?

PNG or PDF preferred

Actual print size (or clearly note the size you want)

Most orders are ready in 1–2 business days. Same-day or next-day options are available depending on workload. Local Sacramento pickup is available, and we also ship nationwide.

Can I order just the transfers (gang sheets) or finished shirts?

Yes. You can order ready-to-press gang sheets or complete printed shirts (Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Shaka Wear, Hanes, and more).

Do you ship?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the U.S. using Pirate Ship for competitive rates. Local pickup is free at our Sacramento location.
