Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns
- Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, with photos provided.
- Non-defective custom items (e.g., wrong size due to user error) are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Refunds for defects: Full refund or replacement at our discretion, minus shipping costs.
- Cancellations: Possible within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund; after production starts, no refunds.
- Digital services: Refunds only if we fail to deliver as agreed; no refunds after final approval.
- Processing time: 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Contact us within 7 days; we will file a claim and issue a replacement or refund once resolved.
