Returns and Refunds Policy
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
This policy applies to custom and made-to-order products, including stickers, DTF gang sheets, custom apparel, banners, wraps, signage, and printed graphics.
All sales are final once production begins. We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, a wrong size selected by the customer, design preference, or a change of mind. Customer-supplied artwork errors, including spelling mistakes, low resolution, or incorrect colors, are not production defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description.
We will work with you to resolve the issue with a reprint or refund. We prefer to reprint affected items where possible.
