Because the majority of our products are custom-made to order (including DTF gang sheets, custom apparel, banners, stickers, and printed graphics), all sales are final once production has begun.
What We Cannot Accept Returns On
• Custom or personalized items (gang sheets, printed shirts, banners, stickers, labels, trade show products, etc.)
• Items that have been opened, used, or pressed
• Products ordered with customer-supplied artwork that contains errors (spelling, low resolution, incorrect colors, etc.)
Exceptions
We will replace or refund an order if:
• We made a production error (wrong size, wrong quantity, defective print, or shipping damage)
• The item arrived damaged due to carrier mishandling
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will work with you to resolve it quickly-either with a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations
