File Requirements for Best Results

Preferred File Formats

• PNG (with transparent background) – Best for DTF and stickers

• PDF (vector or high-resolution)

• AI or EPS (Adobe Illustrator)

• PSD (Photoshop) – Flattened or with layers if needed

Resolution & Size

• Minimum 300 DPI at final print size

• For DTF gang sheets: Design at actual size or larger

• Avoid low-resolution images from the internet or phone screenshots

Color Mode

• Use RGB for DTF transfers (we convert as needed)

• For large-format banners and signs, CMYK is preferred when possible

Design Tips

• Keep important text and logos at least 0.25" away from the edge

• Use vector artwork whenever possible for clean scaling

• Transparent backgrounds are required for DTF transfers and stickers

• Avoid very thin lines or small text under 8–10 pt (they may not print cleanly)

What We Do Not Accept

• Low-resolution JPEGs or screenshots

• Files with watermarks or copyrighted material you don't own

• Password-protected or corrupted files
