Shipping Policy – Printer Boyz
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping destinations
Our standard flat-rate shipping for tents, displays, signs, and related products is available to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states plus Washington, DC). Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and international destinations require a shipping quote for these products. Contact us before ordering; the contiguous-U.S. flat rates do not apply to those destinations.
How shipping charges combine
Products are assigned to shipping groups. Checkout applies one flat charge for each shipping group in the order. Multiple units in the same group share that group's flat charge. If your order contains products from different groups, those charges are added together. For example, Yard Sign and H-Stake shipping ($12.95) plus Step and Repeat Backdrop shipping ($59.00) totals $71.95. The final shipping total appears at checkout.

Free shipping on eligible products
Eligible custom stickers, labels, and gang sheets qualify for free standard shipping when the eligible shipment is $125 or more, weighs no more than 3 lb, and has no dimension over 22 inches. Checkout confirms eligibility. This offer does not include apparel, DTF powder or other supplies, flags, banners requiring tubes, tents, displays, freight, or oversized products.
In a mixed order, qualifying eligible products may ship free while shipping charges still apply to the other groups. Adding an excluded product does not make its shipping free.
Production and delivery
Custom orders enter production after any required artwork approval. Please review our Production Timelines for processing information. Where shown at checkout, standard shipping has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after dispatch. This estimate does not include production time. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other disruptions can affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific delivery date or expedited shipping.
